Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Big Phil—better known as The GOAT—brings brutal honesty, humor, and insight to the airwaves as the host of Red Flag Report w/ Big Phil on 98.3 BPME The SOUND on iHeart Radio. Broadcasting Wednesday to Saturday from 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM, his show pulls no punches when exposing the realities of the dating market, relationships, and the business of music.

With a background in radio broadcasting, advertising, computer science, and sound engineering, Big Phil built his own studio from scratch in Charlottesville, Virginia, which serves as HQ for 98.3 BPME The SOUND. His passion for radio started early—at just 8 years old in the 1990s, recording on a Panasonic RQ2102 cassette tape recorder. Inspired by legends like Howard Stern, Alan Berg, Tom Joyner, Tom Leykis, Troi Torain (Star & Buckwild), Big Fence, and the late Kevin Samuels (RIP), Big Phil is carving his own lane as a dominant voice in talk radio.

Red Flag Report – The Wake-Up Call
"The dating market is a system. That system is our enemy. But when you’re inside, what do you see? Boyfriends, husbands, nice guys, simps—men who still believe in ‘happy wife, happy life.’ The very minds of the people we are trying to wake up. But until we do, these men are still part of that system, and that makes them our opposition.

You have to understand, most of these men are not ready to wake up. And many of them are so conditioned, so hopelessly dependent on the illusion, that they will fight to protect it."

Whether it’s championing indie musicians or connecting with entrepreneurs, he believes in building up the culture. Filming Music videos for local talent and indy film projects as a director also.

Personal Interests:
When he’s not shaking up the airwaves, Big Phil is all about improvement, relationships, comedy, and the business of music. A true Detroit sports fan, he proudly reps the Lions, Tigers, and Red Wings.
